The Installment Program will apply on the goods and/or services purchased from Azone using a CrediMax card through a CrediMax Point of Sale terminal.
The Installment Program shall apply to any CrediMax Cardholder who purchases goods and/or services from Azone using his or her CrediMax card for purchase transaction(s) of BD 100 or more and subject always to the Card or Account limit.
CrediMax does not make any representations or warranties, express or implied, of the merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose of the goods and/or services provided by Azone and shall not be liable for any defect, failure, or malfunction whatsoever or howsoever caused and shall be indemnified by Azone
