1. The Promotion is non-transferable, non-cumulative; cannot be exchanged for cash or other products and cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount, promotions, discountedItems and fixed price items (unless specified).

The Promotion is available to the qualifying and eligible Visa Platinum Visa Signature, and Visa Infinite cardholders which (a) bears the Visa and/or Visa name and logo on the face of the card and/or (b) refers to a member of the Visa Group as an issuer or a participant partner on the bank of the card, including for the avoidance of doubt any co-branded/affinity card issued by any members of Visa’s Group. Cardholders must settle payment with their Visa card in order to enjoy the Promotion.

3. The Promotion is not available on all merchant properties. 4. Agoda reserves the right to launch selected and temporary “tactical offers” at higher discount levels for selected countries.

5. The Promotion is subject to the terms and conditions of Agoda. In case of dispute, the decision of the Bank and/or Agoda shall be final.

6. The Promotion discount is applicable to accommodation room charges only (excluding local taxes, service fees, extra charges, personal consumptions and the like).
