The offer is nontransferable, non-redeemable (for cash) and nonrefundable.
The offer may only be used on Uber Rides.
The entire redeemable value of the offer must be used on the first three trips taken during any given month and any unused portion will be forfeited.
The payment of the remaining balance will be the sole responsibility of the Cardholder.
In the event that a cardholder seeks and is entitled (including under applicable law) to receive a refund on the fare of a Ride in respect of which offer was applied, cardholder will not be entitled to a refund of the monetary value of the offer applied to the transaction fare nor will Cardholder be entitled to reinstatement or reissue of the offer applied.
