Terms and Conditions:

1. The campaign will be on quarterly bases as follow:

         Quarterly General draw:  

• Every BD 100 accumulated quarterly local spend  = 1 raffle entry.
• Every BD 100 accumulated quarterly International spend  = 3 raffle entries.

         Female’s draw:

• Every BD 100 accumulated quarterly local spend  = 1 raffle entry.
• Every BD 100 accumulated quarterly International spend = 3 raffle entries.

         Regular Payers cardholders:

• Cardholders are eligible to win back totally monthly interest up to BD 250 x 20 winners each quarter

         Semi annual draw:

• For every accumulated BD 3000 locally from 1^st January to 29^th June 2024 = 1 raffle entry
• For every accumulated BD 3000 internationally from 1st January to 28^th June 2024 = 3 raffle entry

2. Prizes:

• General draw: Cash back each quarter - 10 winner’s x BD 500 each
• Female draw: Jewelry sets each quarter - 5 winners
• Special cardholders: Interest reimbursement each quarter - 20 winners capped at BD 250
• Semi annual draw: 1 car – Lexus IS 350

3. Campaign will run from 1^st January 2024 till 28^th June 2024.
4. For the Female draw; only female cardholders are eligible regardless if it is a main or supplementary card.
5. All CrediMax Visa, Mastercard, JCB Credit and Pre-paid cards are included in the raffle.
6. Non-reloadable prepaid Gift cards are excluded.
7. All Corporate credit and Pre-paid cards are excluded from the raffle
8. All CrediMax BBK co-branded credit cards are exclude from the raffle
9. Cash back amounts will be posted to the Principal Cardholder Card accounts within 15 days of the raffle draw date.
10. Quarterly interest will be reversed and credited back to the Principal Cardholder Card account within 15 days of the raffle draw date
11. Purchase & Cash withdrawals are included in the raffle
12. All fees and charges including but not limited to the late payment, administration fees and over limit fees are excluded from the calculation
13. Main cardholder and supplementary cardholder transactions are counted and included in the raffle draw.
14. All active card accounts not exceeding 30 days past due will be included in the raffle. in the draw. Winning customer should pay any past due amount before collecting the prize. Cancelled card accounts will be excluded from the raffle.
15. All winner’s name will be announced for the public in the local newspapers/ or social media channels or in similar means of media. Winners will be notified and will have to sign an acknowledgement form for his/her prize.
16. If the winning prize was not claimed by the winners within 6 months, the prize will be handed over to Ministry of Industry & Commerce.
17. CrediMax rewards the winners with the prize only and the winner must take care of any additional fees (such as car registration, insurance, others) that maybe required receiving his/her prize if any.
18. The car prize is non – transferable and cannot be changed. Color based on availability. It must be collected in person within 6 months from the winning date. If the prize is not received, the award will be transferred to the Ministry of Industry & Commerce.
19. CrediMax staff, board members and BBK board members, BBK Senior Executive Managers, Approved Persons (Controlled Functions) and Internal auditors are not eligible for the draws and therefore not entitled to receive the prizes.
20. The Jewelry sets is non – refundable and cannot be changed. Color/ design based on availability. It must be collected in person within 6 months from the winning date. If the prize is not received, the award will be transferred to the Ministry of Industry & Commerce.
21. Each raffle draw is independent of other quarterly draws. Therefore, a winning cardholder in one draw can be eligible for subsequent quarterly draw.
22. All raffle draws will be conducted by CrediMax and held under the supervision of the internal auditors and the Ministry of Industry & Commerce.
23. CrediMax reserves the right to change the terms and conditions, the frequency of the draw, the prizes and the prizes eligibility structure any time at its absolute discretion after the approval of Ministry of Industry & Commerce.
24. CrediMax will keep the cardholders informed in writing and through the website/SMS prior to the change take place.
25. CrediMax has the right to use the customer name and picture in different media channels
