Terms and Conditions:

Every BD50 accumulated monthly spent internationally = 1 raffle entry.
The scheme will run from 6^th March, 2023 till 3^rd June, 2023.
Prizes are: 25 winners = cash back capped at BD 500 / 5 winners = cash back capped at BD 1,000 / 1 winner = cash back BD 2,500
Cash withdrawal transactions are included in the calculation
All CrediMax Visa Infinite, Signature, Platinum, Student and Cardy EX Multi Currency cards are included in the raffle (all types of card brands)
Non-reloadable prepaid cards categories (Gift Cards) are excluded
All Corporate cards are excluded from the raffle
All CrediMax BBK co-branded credit cards are exclude from the raffle
All types of transactions are included in the raffle
All fees and charges including but not limited to the late payment, administration fees and over limit fees in addition to fraudulent and disputed transactions and transactions reversed by the provider of the goods and/or services are excluded from the calculation
Main cardholder and supplementary cardholder transactions are counted

All active card accounts and not exceeding 30 days past due will be included in the draw. Cancelled & in-active card accounts will be excluded from the draw. Winning customer should pay any past due amount before collecting the prize.
All winner’s name will be announced for the public in the local newspapers/ or social media channels or in similar means of media and CrediMax has the right to use the customer name and picture in different media channels.
The prize is non – transferable and cannot be changed. It must be collected in person within 6 months from the winning date or else it will be handed over to Ministry of Industry and Commerce.
The raffle draw will be conducted by CrediMax and held under the supervision of the internal auditors and the Ministry of Industry and Commerce.
If the winning prize was not claimed by the winners within 6 months, the prize will be handed over to Ministry of Industry & Commerce.
Cash back amounts will be posted to the Principal Cardholder Card accounts within 15 days of the raffle draw date.
CrediMax reserves the right to change the terms and conditions, the frequency of the draw, the prizes and the prizes eligibility structure any time at its absolute discretion after the approval of Ministry of Industry & Commerce.
CrediMax will keep the cardholders informed in writing and through the website/SMS prior to the change take place.
CrediMax staff, CrediMax Board members, BBK Board members, BBK Senior Executive Managers, Approved Persons (Controlled Functions) and Internal auditors are not eligible for the draws and therefore not entitled to receive the prizes.
