Terms and Conditions:

The offer is applicable on all new individual Visa Credit & Prepaid Card applications submitted and approved from2^nd February to 31 July 2022 i.e. the campaign period.
All approved Credit Cards will be subject to CrediMax’s Cards Terms and Conditions
For an accumulated spend equivalent to BD 300/- on the new Visa Cardy EX Prepaid cards billed during the campaign period, the cardholder will get one chance to enter the raffle draw to the grand prize i.e. a Lexus IS 350
For an accumulated spend of BD 300/- on the new Visa Student Credit cards billed during the campaign period, the cardholder will get one chance to enter the raffle draw to the grand prize i.e. a Lexus IS and a Laptop for 10 winners
For an accumulated spend of BD 1,000/- on the new Visa Platinum credit card billed during the campaign period, the cardholder will be rewarded 2,500 Thameen Bonus Loyalty points and an entry to enter the draw to win a Lexus IS.
For an accumulated spend of BD 1,500/- on a new Visa Signature credit card billed during the campaign period, the cardholder will be rewarded 5,000 Thameen Bonus Loyalty points and an entry to enter the draw to win a Lexus IS
For an accumulated spend of BD 2,000/- on a new Visa Infinite credit card billed during the campaign period, the cardholder will be rewarded 10,000 Thameen Bonus Loyalty points and an entry to enter the draw to win a Lexus IS.
Existing Visa Platinum and Visa Signature credit cards upgraded to a new Visa Infinite credit card are included in the campaign.
Cash withdrawal transactions are included in the calculation
Luxury Car prize related to 2022, CrediMax will endeavor to provide the winner however the same will remain subject to availability of the prize by the dealer/ car agent in case of failure to do so, CrediMax will reserve the absolute right to exchange the same with 2022/2023 car without any further cost, liability on CrediMax after informing Ministry of Industry, Commerce and Tourism.

Visa Corporate & Non-reloadable Visa prepaid Gift cards are excluded
All fees and charges including but not limited to the late payment, administration fees and over limit fees in addition to fraudulent and disputed transactions and transactions reversed by the provider of the goods and/or services are excluded from the calculation
Main cardholder and supplementary cardholder transactions are counted
All active cards will be included up to grade one which will be up to 30 days aging. Cancelled, closed cards will be excluded accordingly. Subject to the customer pays his due before collecting the prize.
Thameen Loyalty Points will be posted to the Principal Cardholder’s Card Account by 15th October 2022.
All winner’s name will be announced for the public in the local newspapers/ or social media channels or in similar means of media and CrediMax has the right to use the customer name and picture in different media channels. Winners will be notified and will have to sign an acknowledgement form for his/her prize.
CrediMax rewards the winners with the prize only and the winner must take care of any additional fees (such as car registration, insurance, others) that maybe required receiving his/her prize if any.
The car prize is non – transferable and cannot be changed. Color based on availability. It must be collected in person within 6 months from the winning date or else it will handed over to Ministry of Industry and Commerce and Tourism.
The raffle draw will be conducted by CrediMax and held under the supervision of the internal auditors and the Ministry of Industry and Commerce and Tourism.
If the winning prize was not claimed by the winners within 6 months, the prize will be handed over to Ministry of Industry & Commerce and Tourism.
CrediMax reserves the right to change the terms and conditions, the frequency of the draw, the prizes and the prizes eligibility structure any time at its absolute discretion after the approval of Ministry of Industry & Commerce and Tourism.
CrediMax will keep the cardholders informed in writing and through the website/SMS prior to the change take place.
CrediMax staff, CrediMax Board members, BBK Board members and Executive Management are not eligible for the draws and therefore not entitled to receive the prizes.
