• Gulf Air’s standard terms, conditions and policies (including in relation to cancellations & refunds) will apply to any tickets purchased under this letter. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, Gulf Air’s Conditions of Carriage shall apply in respect of all travel undertaken by any individual purchasing a ticket under the terms and conditions of this Partnership.
• The discount is eligible only to the CrediMax cards holders, and shall not be provided to any other parties. 
• The benefits provided to the Partner under this Partnership shall not be applied in respect of any taxes, surcharges, insurance or other miscellaneous charges payable in respect of any ticket.
• The benefits provided to the Partner under this Partnership shall not be used in conjunction with any other promotion, discount or offer from Gulf Air.

1. A login credential shall be provided to the Partner to avail such discounts on Gulf Air’s website. The discounts shall be applied in respect of flights operated by Gulf Air on the Gulf Air existing network which has a flight number starting with the prefix “GF” only.
2. The discounts shall only be applied in respect of tickets purchased via Gulf Air’s Website. No other use or application of the discounts (including reservations made directly through the Gulf Air’s call center or via any travel agents) will be accepted by Gulf Air.
