Required Documents

• Valid ID Copy
• CPR both sides or Passport
• Valid Copy of Passport (Including residence permit for non-Bahrainis)
• Valid copy of the legal guardian ID (for application related to minors)
• Copy of the Residential Address Proof
• Original IDs and Passport or CR should be presented with application form
• If self - employed , copy of the Commercial Registration
• Original employment certificate, stating date of employment, monthly salary, and position held
• Copies of the bank account statements for the last 3 months
