- Memorize your PIN (Personal Identification Number) - Never write it down.
- Do not tell anyone your PIN.
- Keep your sales and cash receipts and check them against your card or bank statement.

- Keep your cards close to you - beware of pickpockets.
- When you place an order over the telephone or by mail, give your card number
only if you are confident about the company's reputation.
In case of using ATM (Automated Teller Machine), please follow the following precautions.
- Be mindful of your surroundings-if the machine is poorly lit or in a secluded area,use another ATM.
- Make sure that no one nearby can view your PIN or transaction amount.
- After completing an ATM transaction, remember to take your card and transaction receipt and check it against your monthly statement.
- If your card becomes stuck inside an ATM machine, be suspicious of anyone offering their help, even if they appear to be a bank security officer. Do not accept help from strangers.
