CrediMax, the leading card issuer and acquirer in Bahrain since 1999, recently held their annual staff party. The Intercontinental Regency Hotel’s Al Riffa Ballroom was the venue for the celebration. The program of the day consisted of certificates and trophies being awarded to all achievers and a raffle draw followed by lunch.

The afternoon started with a welcome speech by Mr Mohammed Malik, CEO – CrediMax. In his speech he emphasised on the good work done by all the employees and shared the latest updates from the company. The speech was then followed by a few words from the staff. The day proceeded with a ceremony of certificates being handed over to employees who had completed long term service with the company. Staff members who had completed 5, 10, 15 and 20 years of service received these certificates along with trophies commending their loyalty and hard work towards CrediMax.

On the occasion Mr. Malik, who handed over the certificates and trophies said, “We have seen this batch of employees stick with us for a long time. Such long term dedication is worth the awards they get, as such loyalty is difficult to find these days. Our workforce is our pillar of strength and hence it’s always an ongoing process at CrediMax to show the appreciation the management has towards all their hard work.”

Members of the staff who had completed their university degrees and external training programs conducted by training institutes under the supervision of CrediMax were also given their certificates of training completion.

To add a touch of excitement to the event, all the attendees were allotted raffle coupons once they walked into the venue. At the end of the event, the raffle draw was held where the staff got a chance to win cash prizes.

At the end of the day, Mr Malik thanked all the attendees and also expressed his gratitude to the team members who invested time in making the necessary arrangements to make this event a success, and expressed his happiness at the fact that the employees had full understanding that the management is always on the lookout for them and felt the care CrediMax has always worked towards giving them as members of the CrediMax team.
