Manama, Bahrain: In yet another step forward in providing opportunities for personal and professional growth to their employees, Bahrain's pioneering card issuer and acquirer, CrediMax, recently selected 24 members of its staff from the various departments to attend a special 3 day course on Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP). The training was held at Regency InterContinental.
The Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) was conducted by the Investment for Training and Development Institution. The presenters for the session were Mr. Majdi Obaid and Mr. Sami Al Buerki who presented a strategy of ' fun and learning' through out the training. This is the 4th of such training session that CrediMax has organised for its employees.
Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) is an interpersonal communication model. It is a promising business communication technique used for interacting with customers, sales and interpersonal influence.
Mr. Mohammed Malik, Chief Executive of CrediMax, opened the training session by saying, "Our aim at CrediMax has always been and will always be the development of our staff. We have always encouraged our staff to continue receiving further education that helps them grow, as our staff is one of our most valuable assets and gaining knowledge has no boundaries."
Mr. Majdi Obaid, one of the presenters at the course, provided his insight on the importance of such trainings being held by saying, "It is very enlightening to see organizations like CrediMax in existence as they give us the definite hope that this country has a vast scope of advancement. When a company decides to back its employees and provide them with the necessary education that an individual office going person may not get the chance to attain it provides them (the staff) with an impetus to do better at their job. With this course, we ensure that the participants leave after 3 days, feeling a difference in themselves, not only as people who deal with customers day in and day out, but they also get a sense of personal growth as well, they know that they have learnt something that will help them in the long term in being better managers themselves - that is a crucial achievement for us."
