“CrediMax” Honors Female Staff in the International Women's Day In appreciation of their efforts and support to achieve success

In implementation of the principle of community partnership approach adopted by "CrediMax" and in line with its policy to interact with all the events and activities conducted in the community, CrediMax organized a celebration coinciding with the International Women's Day, which marks the eighth of March to honor its female employees and presenting them with gifts in appreciation of the important role played by women in the construction process and contributing actively in promoting national economic development.

This step comes in the context of CrediMax high regard and esteem to women in general and to female employees in particular and to express gratitude for the effective participation of women in employment and their grasp of a vast area of competition in the various social, economic and political fields where women demonstrated their ability to transcend the social culture and mindsets to go beyond mere joint contribution in their pursuit of excellence and distinguished achievements.

The ceremony was held at the company’s headquarter and included some amusing events and surprises that aimed to give an atmosphere of fun and entertainment.   Ms. Shaikha Taleb, General Support Officer at CrediMax honored the ladies and Misses working in the company by presenting gifts in appreciation of their efforts on the occasion of the International Women's Day, wishing them success at all levels during the year 2010.  She confirmed the interest paid by the company to support, encourage and enable women to develop their capacities in order to achieve maximum success in the future.

In this context, Ms. Shaikha Taleb expressed her happiness that women employees in particular enjoyed so much attention and appreciation, and said: "CrediMax is always keen to be close to its staff, interact with their various life activities out of the Company’s belief that its staff constitute a human capital and important assets as they represent the keys to success in the future for the company, so CrediMax is very happy to be part of this global event and to share celebrating it with its employees."

The International Women's Day was celebrated for the first time in Germany in March 1911 and celebrates its centenary next year in many countries of the world.  The event is one of the most important global events and enjoys high international attention to shed light on the participation and contributions of women in the political, economic and social development, and aims to support women to play their role and assume the desired positions in various domains.
