CrediMax invites summer interns from the University of Bahrain (UOB). 

Manama, Bahrain: Bahrain’s leading credit card issuer and acquirer, CrediMax, recently hosted a batch of summer interns from the University of Bahrain (UOB). The students were allotted tasks within various departments of CrediMax, from Customer Services to Back Office Operations, as per their academic majors to provide the youngsters with hands on experience of a work place and its daily functions. 

This move comes to play as CrediMax initiates the beginners to better understand the working environment and provides the practical knowledge that will assist the students to make better decisions when they consider their career options in the near future.

“Every year CrediMax participates in the UOB Career Day, in line with that participation, we gave an internship opportunity for the UOB students. This experience will contribute immensely in building their confidence when they begin their journey into the Corporate world.”

Mr. Al Soufi further added, “As a responsible corporate citizen, this is our way of providing opportunities to the local talent when they consider their options for their professional life. Now that they have had this experience, of what it feels like to work with a corporate giant, they will know what it takes to make it in the corporate world,” said Mr. Nader Al Soufi, Head of Business Development – CrediMax.
